问题似乎是configmap名称不匹配。 DaemonSet正在寻找名为fluentd-es-config-v0.1.0的配置映射，但找不到它。

在存储库中，fluentd-es-ds.yaml和fluentd-es-configmap.yaml中的configmap都名为fluentd-es-config-v0.1.5，因此只需使用这些文件即可工作。
