我认为原因是sqlite3@4.0.2似乎与最近发布的electronic@3.0.3不兼容。查看日志时，您会发现下载相应的软件包失败：

相反，当您尝试在浏览器中打开https://mapbox-node-binary.s3.amazonaws.com/sqlite3/v4.0.2/electron-v2.0-win32-x64.tar.gz时，它将起作用。

我目前正在发现相同的问题。使用旧版电子对我有效。我的package.json看起来像这样：
