这不是setup.cfg的使用方式。 read_configuration()仅供想要读取setup.cfg的非setuptools代码使用；无需用自己的setup.py来调用它，因为setup()会自行读取和处理setup.cfg。只需将您的setup.py更改为：

import setuptools

setuptools.setup()
