如果我在viewpager中滚动，第一个工具栏不会隐藏，第二个工具栏会隐藏。我认为这不是viewpager或片段的问题，因为它昨天工作了。

我的第二个问题是：仅当内容不适合容器时才可以隐藏工具栏吗？现在即使容器未装满或我在工具栏上向上滑动，它也可以正常工作。
