我认为你将ClassLoader#getResourceAsStream()与ServletContext#getResourceAsStream()混为一谈。前者仅从类路径加载资源，而后者仅从webcontent加载资源（您的/WEB-INF文件夹也在那里）。

您需要将这些资源放在类路径中。如果您使用的是IDE，那么最直接的方法就是将它们放在Java源文件夹中的任何包中。它将在构建之后以/WEB-INF/classes结束，这是类路径的一部分。

让我们假设您有一个包com.example.resources.images，并且您已将logoemailtemplate.png文件放在那里，然后您可以通过以下fileName加载它。
