我在快速入门docs中找到了解决方案。

似乎gcloud auth不再使用，您必须使用服务帐户。因此，就像在文档中一样，我创建了一个角色为“项目/所有者”的服务帐户，并将其json文件下载到$ path。

然后在我的Mac上，我使用export GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS="$path"，并且在同一会话中使用问题中提到的命令来编译和执行Java程序。
