我尝试创建每20秒发送一条消息的前台服务，但是该服务在几分钟或锁定手机后会停止。我在android 8（O）中测试了这项服务。我的代码是：

此服务在开始和第一分钟都可以，但是通常在几分钟后结束，有时在几分钟后又开始。有时它通过连接到Internet来启动，有时它通过连接USB电缆而开始工作。我真的不知道是什么原因。有人可以帮助我吗？
