Could not send heartbeat.

Question

Recently we started seeing below error message in our Azure functions log.

Runtime version: 1.0.11959.0

Could not send heartbeat. Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Actions taken so far:

• Tried restarting the azure site, with no luck.
• Re deployed azure functions.
• Application logging set to Verbose and to blob container.
