classes文件夹位于导入的项目所在的位置，但是在Eclipse项目结构中不可见

尝试将/放在config之前。像这样：

classpath:/config/spring.xml

编辑：将Excluded的资源路径放入(None)和Included: (All)

导入Spring xml文件时出现FileNotFoundException
