我可以看到您没有安装webview插件，请尝试安装它：

cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-ionic-webview

尝试修复它的其他方法是删除 node_modules ，插件和平台并安装所有。或开始一个新项目，以查看新闻包/插件的版本以及版本。
