即使您可以使用latest而不是指定任何版本，也可以将任何软件包更新到最新版本。

原因来自package.json文件，尤其是来自插入符号。例如：

^0.2.3 means 0.2.3 <= v < 0.3.

所以在您的情况下：

^0.30.10 means 0.30.10 <= v < 0.31

要升级到最新的软件包，请从依赖项中删除该行，然后重新运行命令（npm install --save react-bootstrap）
