2）并由于最后一个参数是整数而不是布尔值而出错：

debToFile-是我的调试方法，由于未看到此方法的删除信息，因此好像未触发getCompletedAttribute。

有人可以提示这个错误的原因以及解决方法吗？

您的price_total数据类型错误

 price_total int4 NOT NULL,

应该是

 price_total numeric(10,2) NOT NULL,

其中10是最大位数，2是小数点后的位数。

您还可以使用money数据类型（不推荐）

 price_total money NOT NULL,

无论做什么，都不要使用任何类型的浮点数。
