首先go get github.com/milagro-crypto/amcl

然后cd进入此位置（根据您的$GOPATH）github.com/milagro-crypto/amcl/version3/go

按照此说明安装milagro
https://github.com/milagro-crypto/amcl/tree/master/version3/go

我建议一个接一个地安装所有选件，然后不要忘记

go run TestALL.go

和

go run BenchtestALL.go

否则无法解决，请问为什么。

即使程序包存在，Dep init也会失败
