解决此问题的两个步骤：

1）在/usr/share/doc/apt/examples/sources.list上应该有一个sources.list的副本。复制您的/etc/apt/sources.list以保存您输入的ppa更改，并从新副本开始。然后运行

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

然后从保存的源副本列表中添加ppas，然后重复

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
