在使用Tomcat进行Spring-boot Web应用程序部署时，我遇到了同样的问题。我通过添加具有Provided范围的servlet-api依赖关系解决了该问题。

@Grab（group ='javax.servlet'，module ='javax.servlet-api'，version ='3.1.0'，scope ='provided'）

部署应用后。在WEB-INF中，您会找到名为lib-provided的文件夹  包含其他jar和servlet-api。

建议：提供的范围可帮助您保留嵌入式tomcat的部署功能。
