Visual Studio调试菜单已禁用

我正在尝试VS 2017 Community Edition *。

当我为.JS文件打开普通的.HTML文件时，“调试”>“开始调试”和“不进行调试开始”被禁用。

我尝试附加Internet Explorer进程。然后，我可以依次单击“调试”>“开始”，但该页面没有出现在Internet Explorer中。

我肯定会错过一些显而易见的东西，但是我对于VS来说是完全陌生的。

Create a Project ( File > New > Project) and then add the .aspx file to the project. Should be able to debug then.
