selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: unable to discover open pages

...表示 ChromeDriver 无法启动/产生新的 WebBrowser ，即 Chrome浏览器会话。

解决方案

通过ChromeOptions()将参数-no-sandbox 添加到您现有的代码中，如下所示：

from selenium.webdriver.chrome.options import Options

options = Options()
options.add_argument('--no-sandbox') # Bypass OS security model
driver = webdriver.Chrome(chrome_options=options, executable_path=r'C:\path\to\chromedriver.exe')

其他注意事项

• 将硒升级到当前水平Version 3.14.0。
• 将 ChromeDriver 升级到当前的ChromeDriver v2.41级别。
• 将 Chrome 版本保持在 Chrome v66-68 级别之间。 （as per ChromeDriver v2.41 release notes）
通过您的 IDE
• 清理您的项目工作区和重建您的项目，并且仅具有必需的依赖项。
• 执行您的@Test。
• 始终在driver.quit()方法内调用tearDown(){}，以优雅地关闭和销毁 WebDriver 和 Web Client 实例。
