webpack-dev-server无法获得/？

这是我的webpack.config.js

devserver：

devServer: {
   contentBase: path.join(__dirname, 'dist'),

   port: 9000
},

输出：

 output: {
        path: path.resolve(__dirname, 'dist'),

    },
