解决了这个问题发生这种情况是因为subscription-wsimport.jar（用于生成WSDL的JAR存根）不再在EAP 7上运行。
因此，我尝试使用新的生成器重新生成存根，然后再次进行部署。它没有错误，并且WSDL服务已成功运行。
