Action在Google上，通过action.intent.NEW_SURFACE进行Webhook响应

Question

尝试在Webhook响应中实现NEW_SURFACE（Google Assistant语音调用Dialogflow调用Webhook）。

当我具有网络浏览器功能时，我会显示我的卡，但是当用户来自Google Home时，我该何时将其重定向至手机。
