不幸的是，由于美国的制裁，Jcenter阻止了来自伊朗的请求。您可以使用Hotspot Shield连接到Jcenter，其他VPN的提供程序可能无法正常工作。我建议您通过此更改来更新gradle：

1-将classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.1'中的gradle版本更改为android/build.gradle

2-将distributionUrl从android/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties更改为distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.4-all.zip

3-像这样将存储库添加到android/build.gradle：
