我发现整个问题比我最初设想的要容易得多。原来,您只需要将语言环境设置为使用'。'的语言环境即可。而不是','。

self.doubleSpinBox.setLocale(QtCore.QLocale(QtCore.QLocale.English, QtCore.QLocale.UnitedStates))
