我第一次使用WordPress，并且更改了URL设置，并且出现了此错误

The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

 Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to 
 use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

我试图找到 .htaccess 文件，但是没有这样的文件，我试图创建一个文件，但是错误仍然出现

我真的不知道该怎么办..请帮忙吗？
