我正在尝试在Ubuntu计算机（AWS）上将Tableau Server安装为多节点集群，每当我尝试向工作程序节点添加后台程序进程时，该节点的状态就会更改为降级。如果删除后台程序进程，则节点状态将更改回运行状态。除了上一个作业步骤由于超时而失败外，没有其他错误。

也在tableau ui状态页面上-我看到该节点的后台程序未获得许可。有没有人遇到过类似的问题？我该怎么解决？

我正在使用试用版。

不知道您是否仍在寻找答案，但是问题可能是未获得针对多节点安装的许可。对于您的POC试用版，请仅在单个节点上运行（这将使10-25个用户感到不快），如果您需要的不止这些，请与Tableau代表联系
