您永远不会更新ProgressBar。您需要做的是：

实现一个函数（或类方法），该函数将作为callback而不是file.write传递给FTP.retrbinary。该功能应执行file.write并更新进度条。
您还需要知道maxval的{{1}}自变量的文件/传输大小。为此，您可以使用FTP.size。
