我通过删除所有docker映像来修复它，以再次下载所有相关映像。因为那时我有很多版本的结构图像。

我也通过IBM区块链平台VS代码扩展得到了这个错误。我使用的是Fabric版本1.4.4。
我怀疑我用完了磁盘空间，所以我跑了
docker system prune --volumes删除悬空的卷并获得22 GB的返回空间（我还有其他docker卷占用大量空间）。
请记住，您应该已经运行了要在其卷中保留重要数据的容器。这样，“修剪”将不会删除这些卷。
此后，我通过VS代码扩展重新启动了IBM Blockchain Platform环境，它正常启动。
