在我们的情况下，频道名称，ID错误
在启动docker-compose之后立即运行docker tail显示错误
docker logs -f orderer.coupons.com
docker logs -f cli
应急：创建channelconfig捆绑包时出错：初始化configtx管理器失败：通道ID错误：通道ID'custom_channel'包含非法字符
始终为每个命令传递/导出CHANNEL_NAME
