如何在骑手上使用Migrations？

我尝试通过add-migration项目在Rider上进行Entity Framework 6和其他迁移操作。

我尝试了两种方法。

1. 使用菜单中的嵌入式工具

   尝试过-https://blog.jetbrains.com/dotnet/2018/04/06/entity-framework-support-rider-2018-1/

   我正在使用SQL Server LocalDB，并且“工具”菜单中没有工具。如果我将标准SQL Server与EF一起使用，则会显示菜单。

2. 使用migrate.exe。

   我尝试了这种方法-https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj618307(v=vs.113).aspx，

   我可以执行migrate.exe，但是没有像add-migration这样的命令。

4）我使用Rider 2018.1.3

并且EF Tools菜单的行为很奇怪，有时我看到此菜单禁用了所有项目，但是我无法重现它，当它出现时我没有发现任何逻辑。大多数时候根本没有菜单。
