我将Inmbarcadero C ++ Builder 10.2 Tokyo与Indy 10一起使用。

任务是通过POP3检查电子邮件。我可以收到电子邮件，但是我不知道如何从koi8-r到Windows-1251或UTF-8解码其主题，附件文件名等。

有人可以帮助我吗？
