为什么根据打开PowerShell的方式会有PATH差异？

我的路径如下所示： 顶部（选定的）路径包含pandoc.exe，顶部的第三个路径（anaconda3）包含pandoc.exe。因此，顶层文件夹应具有优先权。

如果仅通过启动“ Windows PowerShell.exe”来启动PowerShell，然后键入gcm pandoc，则将获得pandoc.exe的顶级路径：

有什么作用？为什么以哪种方式启动PowerShell会很重要？
