.PRECIOUS对您遇到的问题没有影响。从make的角度来看，您的makefile可以归结为以下两个规则：

all: system-check

system-check:
        ...some echo lines or exit 1...

就是这样。我看不到all有任何其他先决条件，因此就可以了。

为了从make中获取该消息，（a）您的文件系统上有一个名为all的文件，或（b）您的文件系统上有一个名为system-check的文件。

通过运行make -d并检查输出，可以找出它是什么，和/或make在做什么。

通过将这些特殊目标设置为.PHONY，可以避免文件系统上存在的文件出现问题：
