禁用前面板设置后，Android Nougat无法重新启用位置

Question

早上好，如何覆盖前面板设置以重新启用位置或请求权限？它仅在首次安装该应用程序时才具有弹出请求权限。使用前面板设置禁用位置并重新运行该应用程序时，弹出许可请求将不起作用。如何解决呢？
