这是a known bug，将在下一发行版中修复（当前版本为v5.2.0）。
不返回任何内容的自定义验证器会因该错误而失败。

要解决此问题，您只需从验证器返回true：

check('passwordconf').custom((value , { req }) => {
    if (value !== req.body.password) {
        throw new Error('Password confirmation is incorrect');
    }

    return true;
})
