已安装Microsoft Visual C ++ 14.0，但未找到

Question

我（Windows 10）试图使用these instructions从源代码构建pybox2d

我做了什么：

1. 安装MinGW和MsyS from here。 （已安装mingw-developer-toolkit，mingw32-base，mingw32-gcc-g++，msys-base）
2. 下载SWIG from here，将其解压缩，并将其添加到我的环境变量中。
3. 克隆了repo
4. 运行python setup.py build时出现错误
