整个WPF ListView中的内部网格线

我需要在我的经典Windows WPF应用程序中实现以下设计（预期）：

我使用WPF ListView控件，并且已经实现了许多必需的功能，但是我无法完全实现设计者的构想。目前，我的控件如下图所示（实际）：

它有两个缺点：

1. 放置在单元格内部和外部的网格线，但初始样式仅提供内部线。
2. 网格线仅在填充的行上延伸，但我需要填充所有控制区域，即使是空白（未使用）空间。

有人可以帮助我解决这些问题吗？也许我需要使用另一个WPF控件？

我不确定ListView是否适合您的条件Control。也许使用GridView或DataGrid是更好的决定。
