模型并行性不起作用?所有GPU是否都没有使用?

一段时间以来,我一直陷入类似这样的问题。我有一个具有500 GB内存和大约7个GPU的AWS设置。现在的问题是,每次我尝试使用tensorflow作为后端代码运行keras时,都会耗尽内存。我也找到了原因。原因是每个GPU仅具有12gb的内存,而我的模型需要更多的内存。因此,如何运行模型,使其使用所有GPU的内存组合来加载模型,而不仅仅是依靠一个GPU的内存来加载整个模型并耗尽内存?我已经尝试过使用keras进行模型并行化,并且似乎在打印层时已正确设置,每个层都分配给了已编程的GPU,但是模型仍在尝试加载到单个GPU的内存中,即只有11GB,很快就会用完内存。
