您正在使用cli版本6,因此ng new将创建Angular 6应用程序。 Angular 6应用程序没有名为angular-cli.json的文件,而是具有名为angular.json的文件。 如果要构建Angular 4应用,请使用“ ng new [project_name] --ng4”

据我所知,此错误出现在IE中,因为默认情况下,polyfills.ts文件中针对IE注释了polyfills。您仍然可以检查其他浏览器。
