仿真器中的慢速网络仿真不适用于localhost

我已在所有地方将Android模拟器中的网络速度配置为2G：在初始AVD配置中，在使用UI的运行模拟器中，在Android设置中通过选择2G作为首选网络，在命令行network speed 0.1 0.1上。模拟器显示用于网络的G图标。这是正在运行的仿真器的控制台输出：
