您应该在pattern中使用参数CallbackQueryHandler。将类或函数用于键盘和消息也是一件好事。
要返回主菜单,请使用特定的回调模式将返回按钮添加到子菜单。

请注意:您在菜单中使用edit_message_text。这意味着,如果您从任何菜单使用start方法调用reply_text函数,都不会发生任何事情。
