--python不使用PATH变量。要么使用默认的Python（一个指向/usr/bin/python的Python），要么必须指定可执行文件的完整路径。但是，通过调用，您应该得到“可执行文件xxx（来自--python = xxx）不存在”，例如：

$ mkvirtualenv --python=python3 test
The executable /home/jazg/python3 (from --python=/home/jazg/python3) does not exist
