我没有在您的上下文中看到UserEntityDAOImpl或Assembler bean的任何声明，也没有组件扫描来自动检测它。

您需要在UserDetailsServiceImpl旁边声明它们，或在某处添加<context:component-scan>。

Spring Security的所有依赖项（例如DAO）应该在根Web应用程序上下文（applicationContext.xml或在名为<context-param>的{{1}}中配置的其他XML文件）中进行转换，而不是serlvlet的conext（contextConfigLocation），因为核心Spring Security bean是在根上下文中声明的，并且该上下文中的bean无法访问servlet上下文中的bean。
