此解决方案对我有用。 Microsoft依赖项中似乎存在版本冲突。问题消失了，现在可以成功构建了。

在Azure Build Pipeline> NuGet tool installer步骤中，将Version of NuGet.exe to install更改为较新的版本，例如5.4.0。

在https://dist.nuget.org/tools.json上检查Nuget的ReleasedAndBlessed版本。

我遇到了同样的错误。问题在于这两个软件包：Fody和Costura.Fody。几个小时后，我的解决方法是删除文件夹“ packages”，然后还原并更新nuget软件包。
