好吧...我大部分是我们自己想的。问题是node-sass的版本"~2.0.0"太旧了。当我将其提高到"4.0.1"时，node-gyp的重新编译就消失了。

这是我的过程-对于想要自己尝试一些事情的菜鸟：

请记住，您拥有本地软件包（在package.json中）和全局软件包（通过写入npm -g ls --depth=0进行访问。
您可以按照this answer删除所有全局软件包。
然后一次删除一个devDependencies，然后尝试运行npm install，直到愚蠢的错误消失。

我仍然遇到此错误（我无法解决，因为我将npm install的时间减少了大约一分钟，这对我来说已经足够了）。
