首先要注意的一点是：如果您有一个清单，那么您就有一个加载项。您对“两个加载项”的引用使情况变得混乱。任务窗格和一组自定义功能都可以部署在同一加载项中。
据我了解，您已经能够在不包含任务窗格的加载项中成功部署自定义功能。要将其合并到任务窗格加载项中，用于自定义功能的html和JavaScript文件应该与任务窗格加载项项目中的HTML和JavaScript文件不同。您不应尝试使相同的HTML文件既充当任务窗格中的页面，又充当自定义函数JavaScript的加载器。
我认为您实质上需要做的是：将html，javascript和json文件从自定义函数加载项复制到任务窗格加载项项目中完全相同的文件夹位置。然后，将自定义函数外接程序清单的扩展点部分及其声明的残基复制到清单中任务窗格外接程序的适当位置。
