"Add Files For Initial Commit" window doesn't show any folders

Question

I tried to push my project from Android Studio to GitHub. So I followed

VCS-> Import Into Version Control -> Share Project on GitHub and shared my Project.

But when I tried to select the folders to be uploaded, the screen was empty.

Could you tell me, which prerequisites I might have missed?
