我正在尝试恢复spfile作为克隆过程的第一步，从12c DB（TEST44）的Simpana备份到它的重复（TEST15）。 Source DB已使用Simpana成功备份。自动备份已设置：

此问题是由于目标主机上的Commvault客户端安装配置错误导致的。使用Commcell GUI，可以看到主机未处于可用状态。完全卸载并重新安装CV客户端可以解决此问题。
