给出

System.PlatformNotSupportedException：访问控制列表（ACL）API 是Windows上资源管理的一部分，不受支持这个平台

所以改变也不可能这样做。

使用chown(3)的包装器。

注意：chown如果调用EPERM而失败，root，因为所有Linux限制都有效。）
