我遇到了同样的问题，所有内容均已正确安装但未找到；我还刷新了IntelliJ中所有可刷新的内容。我删除了项目中的所有临时文件夹。一切都没用。

然后我从终端解决了这样的问题：

gradlew build --refresh-dependencies

这解决了问题。

在极端情况下，您可以删除gradle使用的全局缓存文件夹的内容（在我的情况下是不需要的）；例如可能是这样：

C:\Users\USERNAME\.gradle\caches
