<executable>/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_144.jdk/Contents/Home</executable>

这可能不是你的可执行文件。我建议只删除该行。

如果你真的想硬编码你的java可执行文件，找到java二进制文件的真正位置 - 你现在看起来像一个目录，而不是二进制可执行文件。

另请注意，一般情况下，要查找有关错误的详细信息，建议使用调试日志记录（mvn -X）运行maven。

请右键单击“ Maven Dependencies”构建路径，配置构建路径。从左侧菜单上的Java build Path中选择“ java Compiler”，然后按Apply。 取消选择“启用的项目特定设置”。然后申请并关闭。 右键单击pom.xml，然后选择“运行为5Maven安装”。
