Xcode 9：构建失败，使用＆＃34;以下二进制文件使用不兼容的Swift版本＆＃34;

Question

在swift 3下面编写的静态框架与Xcode 8.3一起正常工作但在Xcode 9，swift 3.3或以上版本中没有工作我没有框架代码所以有什么方法可以解决它或者我们必须更新框架......？
